The belt conveyor in
 ZM Automation is mainly used for continuously or interstitially 
convening powder and granular materials. It applies to the height 
difference in transportation and can achieve continuous transportation, 
which is used for horizontal conveyor and other connected devices; The 
angle of elevating conveyor belt is not more than 13 degrees in general 
situation.

economically. During the production, the belt conveyor can act as a link
 among the machines, realize the continuity and automation of the annual
 ring and increase the productivity rate as well as reduce the labor 
intensity. The belt moves according to the principle of friction drive, 
which has the advantages of large transport capacity, simple structure, 
easy repair and normal components. Furthermore, since the belt and the 
materials have little relative motion, the noise as well as the energy 
consumption becomes very low. In addition, since the structure is 
simple, it is easy to repair.
Main Structure of Belt Conveyor:
The belt conveyor
 is mainly made up of the rack, belt, belt roller, tensioning device and
 other components. The body of the machine is made of connected 
high-quality steel board, the surface of which is slant. The belt roller
 and carrier roller are on the rack, used for driving and supporting the
 transmission belt. The two driving ways are reduction motor driver and 
electric roller driver.
The belt conveyor can work within the temperatures ranging from 20℃ to 40℃. The temperature of the transmission materials should be below 50℃
