This machine consists of 5 sections: feeding section, weighing
section, transferring section, making-sets section and output section.
There are 6 feeding entrances, where the batteries plates were indrawn
from through negative-pressure system gently. Each feeding entrance can
get more than 1,800 plates per hour. After feeding section, the plates
will reach weighing section. The plates will be weighed fast and
precisely through our advanced weighing sensor and then get to
transferring section. These plates will be transported to making-sets
section according to Equal Interval. Here, PLC program of the control
system makes sets of those batteries plates high-speed and efficiently.
At last，the plates will be delivered to the artificial picking-up area.
