Plastic belt conveyors feature a lightweight, high-impact polycarbonate construction. The speed of ZM Automation Plastic Belt Conveyor can be up to 450 ft/min.
Capability- Loads up to 80 lbs (36 kg)
The belt on a flat belt conveyor system will be driven by one or more pulleys around which the belt will be wrapped. The drive pulleys are usually mounted at the end or ends of the system, though they may also be mounted at various locations along the length of the flat belt conveyor system. More pulleys will be mounted along the length as well, and our experts can design non-powered steel pulleys which increase stability, ensure the proper alignment and tension of the belt and move smoothly during operation.
